Panellam Pty Ltd shipping policy — ECO+ Laminates: Panellam ships ECO+ Laminates by contracted courier to any delivery address within a 100 km radius of Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane; customers receive tracking, standard courier liability applies, and optional insurance is available at checkout.

1. Scope and effective area

  • Scope: This policy applies to all retail and trade orders of ECO+ Laminates shipped by Panellam Pty Ltd to addresses within 100 km of the CBDs of Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane.
  • Excluded areas: Deliveries beyond the 100 km radius require a separate quote and may be subject to freight or pallet freight terms.

2. Carriers, transit and service levels

  • Carrier selection: Panellam uses reputable national and metro couriers for last‑mile delivery; carrier choice is at Panellam’s discretion to optimise cost and transit time.
  • Transit expectations: Typical metro courier transit times are 2–5 business days from dispatch for metropolitan deliveries; actual times depend on carrier schedules and service level.
  • Tracking: All shipments include a tracking number emailed at dispatch.

3. Pricing, quotes and surcharges

  • Pricing basis: Shipping charges are calculated from weight, volumetric dimensions, and distance; large or palletised loads are quoted separately.
  • Surcharges: Fuel surcharges, remote area fees, or re‑delivery fees may apply where carriers impose them.

4. Packaging and preparation

  • Packaging standard: ECO+ Laminates are shipped in protective cardboard packaging to prevent edge damage; customers must ensure a clear, safe unloading area for deliveries.
  • Dimensional rules: Customers should provide accurate weight and dimensions at order to avoid re‑quoting or surcharges.

5. Insurance, liability and claims

  • Carrier liability: Standard courier liability for loss or damage is limited to the carrier’s published terms; Panellam recommends declared value insurance for high‑value shipments.
  • Claims process: Report visible damage to the driver and note on the delivery docket; notify Panellam within 48 hours of delivery for damaged or missing goods to initiate a claim.

6. Prohibited and restricted items

  • Prohibited items: Shipments must comply with national postal and courier restrictions; Panellam will not ship items prohibited by carriers or law.

7. Delivery procedures and failed deliveries

  • Delivery attempts: Couriers will attempt delivery once; if unattended, they may leave in a safe place, leave a card, or return to depot per carrier policy. Re‑delivery or redirection may incur fees.

8. Returns and cancellations

  • Order changes: Cancellations or address changes after dispatch will incur fees and are subject to carrier rules.
  • Returns: Returns for change of mind are not accepted and will incur return freight and restocking fees.

9. Privacy and contact

  • Contact: For shipping enquiries, claims or quotes contact Panellam Customer Service (details on invoice).
  • Privacy: Customer delivery information, being name, phone number and street address is used only for fulfilment and carrier booking.

Key considerations & risks (with mitigations)

  • Risk: Under‑declared weight/dimensions → Mitigation: provide accurate measurements; Panellam may re‑quote.
  • Risk: Damage in transit → Mitigation: purchase declared value insurance; inspect on delivery and record damage.

For a tailored shipping quote or to arrange pallet delivery for large orders, provide delivery suburb/postcode and pallet dimensions and weight; Panellam will respond with a firm freight price and lead time.
